The Theory of Everything

I played the paramedic. It was great chatting with the actors and crew, and I enjoyed being asked by the director to do an unplanned close-up shot which featured in the movie.

I really enjoyed my time at The Royal Opera House, playing a member of the audience. On one occasion I was right in the thick of the action with cameras all around me.

I was sat at the bar in the rowing club and Eddie was stood next to me for a few takes. Great film to work on - thanks Uni-versal!

It was a wonderful experience being a part of this Golden Globe, Best Actor winning film. I was stood, no more than an arm length away from Eddie Redmayne, as he entered the conference centre, for the book release. Seeing him get into character was just amazing.

A truly amazing experience, including being positioned as a member of the opera audience in an aisle seat right next to Eddie Redmayne. Thank you, Uni-versalEXTRAS.

I played the part of a professor at Cambridge University being lectured by Steven Hawking (Eddie Redmayne). I had a really awesome day and everyone was really friendly. This is what being an "Extra" is all about. Great big thank you to Uni-versal for the job.

I played the son in a father and son handyman team. It was a great production to work on with a friendly crew. Thanks Uni-versal!

I played a 1960's nurse and had to undergo an eyebrow pluck - ouch! Enjoyed the day, although the disused hospital was a little spooky!!

I had the pleasure of working as an extra for the first time on The Theory of Everything on location in Cambridge. The whole experience was astonishing. The cast, crew and other extras were unfailingly friendly, polite and extremely professional.

I had a great time as an audience member - it was brilliant seeing myself on the big screen for one of the most climatic scenes in the film.

I spent a day on this with numerous friends, however the highlight was my daughter telling me she shouted out "That's day Dad" when she went to see the film.

I had a wonderful experience working on this film, shooting scenes in the Royal Opera House a few feet away from Eddie Redmayne. It was a very friendly shoot which I remember fondly.
