Victoria

Working as a supporting artist is one of the most interesting things I have ever done. I find the whole filming experience fascinating and wish I had started years ago. My day on 'Victoria' was a great experience made even better when I was clearly visible when it appeared on TV for my friends and family to see.

I played a clerk in the parliament scene. It was a great show to be a part of.

I was lucky enough to work on several dates with a couple of small featured scenes. I absolutely loved the experience and found out so much about how films are made. There is a huge amount that goes on behind the scenes, and I must congratulate not only the film crew, but also the amazing craftsmen who transformed an old air terminal near Leeds into Buckingham Palace. Having access, too, to the stately homes of Yorkshire was inspired. I won't miss out the wardrobe team for their inventiveness, enthusiasm, patience and endurance over long hours in small trailers. All in all, I can hardly wait to take part in another project!

I was lucky enough to be a featured extra, filming five scenes over a couple of weeks with Victoria (Jenna Coleman) and Albert (Tom Hughes). The cast and crew were great to work with and it was an amazing experience. Thank you Universal!

Thanks for getting me onto this great drama. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and am looking forward to more productions in the future.

I wanted to say a massive thank you for putting me forward. I haven't been doing this for very long and I expected that as an "extra" I would be one of a crowd, but when I turned up on set on the first day I discovered with surprise that I was a featured SA playing a colleague of one of the principal characters. I've led a pretty full life but this ranks as a stand-out experience. It was great to work at the heart of such a fantastic production and to meet the principal actors and watch them do their stuff at close quarters.
