Peter Quill, half human and half alien, is the target of a galaxy wide manhunt after stealing a mysterious orb from the far reaches of outer space. To protect the world, Peter must assemble a team to save the world… the Guardians of the Galaxy!
How was Uni-versal Extras Involved?
Uni-versal Extras was the dual Extras agency on the Guardians of the Galaxy Marvel feature film. This movie had diverse EXTRAS and supporting artistes to play a variety of species native to the different planets and galaxies portrayed in the film.
Many of the parts required the artistes to be fitted with ‘alien’ contact lenses, false teeth and other prosthetics to really bring the film to life. Uni-versal Extras also cast doubles and stand-ins for the main actors such as Chris Pratt.
